Located in East Regina, Massage Theory offers ONLINE BOOKING and DIRECT BILLING to most insurance plans. We provided each client with a quality customized therapeutic deep tissue massage treatment in a scent free environment. We build long-term relationships with our clients to help aid in the healing of the mind and body from the stress of every day repetitive activities.

I should give this place a bad review, so there is more availability for me to book. I highly recommend coming.I have been to a a couple dozen different therapeutic locations all around Canada. This is one of the good ones.Its clean, good lighting and ambiance. My deep tissue massage treatment had been very consistent in quality in the last two months.

Jennifer provided me great service. I had the back pain earlier and it's all gone after the theropy. I think I will go back again. BTW, she can provide Guasha, a traditional Chinese theropy.

If you need a good strong deep tissue massage, this is the place to go. Jen is an awesome massage therapist. She is also very friendly and remembers every conversation. Very clean and has very good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend a visit to Massage Theory! Jen is the best! She adapts her massages to your individual needs and utilises several techniques to ensure you get the best treatment possible. The online booking system was convenient and enabled me to book an appointment all the way from Switzerland at a time that worked for me! I loved seeing the availability online and receiving email reminders about my appointment.

Been going to Jen long before she opened her own space, very good at what she does and has fixed many issues with my back! Great experience from start to finish. Convenient online booking and direct payment (to benefits providers) are just extra perks to what is always a rewarding massage experience with a down to earth unforced social interaction. Jenn is great at what she does and keeps you coming back year after year both socially and professionally. Great new digs with easy access and parking. Jen at massage theory is a very experienced massage therapist. Her massages have worked out my tense knotted muscles and have me leaving Massage Theory relaxed and pain free. I also like the direct billing to my service provider Blue Cross. Jen is an awesome person and is very personable. Massage Theory is a great new massage office. I have known Jen for a few years now and was so excited to hear she was opening her own office. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly! I would highly recommend this place for all of your massage needs! They offer a variety of services too, which is wonderful! They also have an online booking website which makes it so easy to see what is available week-to-week! I love this feature!
