What are the clinic hours?
We are available Monday – Friday by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We are closed all stat holidays. We recommend browsing the online schedule to see what suits your schedule best. If you can’t see anything that works, please use our online waitlist.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your allotted time, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 business hours to cancel or reschedule. This gives our therapists a reasonable amount of time to fill the appointment slot.
Our therapists get affected directly when appointments are missed, or when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 business hours notice otherwise we will charge the full price of the time booked. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
It is MANDATORY that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell (have a fever, cough, cold or flu) or travelled outside of Saskatchewan in the past 14 days. We have a 24hr cancellation policy and to avoid being charged for your appointment log into your account page or email to cancel.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OVER THE PHONE.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive showing ANY symptoms of a cough, cold or flu. If you arrive sick you will be asked to leave and charged for your appointment. This is to ensure the safety of everyone.
How can I find your online booking system?
The link to our online booking system is located on the far right hand end of the navigation menu, labelled “BOOK ONLINE”.
If I can’t locate an appointment online, do you keep a waiting list?
Yes we do. You can easily add yourself to the waiting list from our online booking page. You may still want to book ahead online, as some therapist’s book far in advance.
Can I book online last minute?
We understand that at times it’s nice to be spontaneous. Our online booking system allows you to book with no restriction.
Note:You still need to be able to arrive early and wait in your vehicle for that appointment.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You can refer yourself to massage if you feel you could benefit. However, to receive reimbursement from some extended health plans, you may be required to show a doctor’s referral, so it’s a good idea to check with your provider in order to assess your coverage requirements.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard.
Outstanding account balances are subject to being submitted to collections, should they not be paid within 30 days. Should an outstanding invoice/account be redirected to collections, with it will also be sent a secondary invoice in the amount of $50, to be added to initial balance as an office service charge.
Can I get copies of lost receipts?
You may contact us by email in advance so we can send them to you that are valid for insurance purposes. We will only email receipts!
